## Digest Pinning

Tags are mutable: a rebuild at an unchanged commit moves `sha-<commit>`, so consumers pin by digest. The current digests are in `docs/reference/recommended-image-pins.md`, and the policy is in `docs/runbooks/image-publish-and-rollback.md`. Pin issues opened on 2026-10-09:
