The tracker had not been updated since 2026-07-14 and omitted several consumers and the pinning work. - **Repositories:** added `spindle-lab`, `cadence`, `jar`, `waypoint` and `haptics-lab-app`, and listed the repos that are not on the shared images. - **Digest pinning:** added a checklist of the ten pin issues opened on 2026-10-09. - **Monthly note:** added a 2026-10-09 row covering versions, the mobile build failure and its fix, the stalled schedule, and consumer toolchain drift. - **Unchanged:** Wave 9 and the granular tier adoption list are left as they were because their status was not re-verified.
