Action Mode: name the sharing mode and count direct-mode countries - #9179

Conversation
The status card said "Enabled" for both sharing modes, and a failed direct
connection fell back to WebRTC without saying so. The status line now names
the mode ("Enabled · WebRTC", "Enabled · Direct connection"), and Advanced
stats opens with a Sharing mode row that gives the reason when the direct
connection failed and Lantern switched to WebRTC.
Direct-mode peers never reached the Countries list, which was fed only by
Unbounded snapshots, so a volunteer serving Iranians over SmC saw only their
old Unbounded countries. SmC arrivals are now attributed to a country too,
as people with no byte counts.
Auto-enable moves off the tab. It was already in Action Mode settings, and
the Advanced stats row had pushed it below the fold.

🟡 Changes recommended
Fallback reasons can leak into later sessions, and direct-only country rows incorrectly display unavailable byte measurements as zero.

changes the mode to ShareMode.off clears fallbackReason; preserve the existing

A snapshot that stopped sharing kept the fallback reason, so a later session could show a failure that was no longer current; copyWith now drops it once the mode is off. And a country with people but no byte count, as direct sharing has, showed "0 B · 1 person"; it now shows the people only. Addresses review on #9179. Why
While sharing on a desktop today, a direct connection (SmC) failed verification because the router's port forward pointed at a stale LAN address. The app fell back to Unbounded without saying so, and the card still read "Enabled". Once the forward was fixed, Iranian users connected within a second, but Advanced stats still listed only China and Russia, carried over from the earlier Unbounded session.

Before this, only Unbounded snapshots fed the list.ActionModeSettingalready renders it, and the Advanced stats row added in Add Advanced stats for Unbounded volunteers #9166 had pushed it below the fold.New strings are in

lantern-cloud's verify callback (a GCP address) arrives as a peer connection, so it was counted as a person helped, and with this PR it would also add a United States row. getlantern/radiance#688 drops it in radiance, which can see that the connection is headed to
api.iantem.io. The two PRs are independent, but the US row only goes away once a radiance bump including #688 lands here.Testing
flutter test test/features/action_mode: 79 pass. Added: mode in the status line for both modes, the fallback reason in Advanced stats, the Direct connection label in SmC, SmC country attribution, andfallbackReasonset on fallback.
