Improve lldb installation on Debian - #4125

LLVM 19 is the default on Debian 13, so installing lldb ensures that /usr/bin/lldb points to lldb-19 (which is pulled in through a dependency in lldb). Signed-off-by: Stephen Kitt <steve@sk2.org>
The LLVM packages don't use alternatives, so there's no point in setting one up manually. This replaces the alternative with a direct link (as is done in the lldb package, albeit to lldb-14 in Debian 12 which is why the lldb package isn't appropriate here).
