[NFR]: The options of make:model #53

Decide which devtools model options crest keeps, and add them. Do not port all of them.

devtools had --namespace, --extends, --base-class, --abstract, --get-set, --camelize, --doc, --annotate, --mapcolumn, --relations, --fk, --schema, --excludefields and --output.

Notes

• --namespace and --output are the model path in crest.php.
• --extends and --base-class can be a published stub.
• --relations and --fk had no effect in devtools: each model got its relations.
• With --force, devtools kept the methods of the user from the old file.

Open

• The candidates: --camelize with --mapcolumn, --get-set, --abstract, --schema, --excludefields.
• --force that keeps the methods of the user.

Done when

The options that stay are in the docs, and each has tests. This issue can split into one issue for each option.
