I'm an MSc candidate in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology with hands-on experience in transcriptomics, biological sequence analysis, machine learning and biological data systems. My work combines computational biology with software and data engineering, using R, Python, SQL, Java and Perl to analyse, manage and interpret biological data. My interests include computational genomics, transcriptomics, precision medicine, and reproducible bioinformatics workflows, with a focus on applying data-driven approaches to biomedical research.
