The /etc -> /etc bind mount to make the /etc subvolume (VFS-)writable independently of / is initially read-only and needs to be made writable explicitly.
Combustion should work without ignition being present as well.

Combustion should work without ignition being present as well.
Currently fails because openSUSE/transactional-update@bebacf8 is missing in t-u.
