Record3D stores a full intrinsics matrix, but the converter writes K[0,0] into both focal length fields. This changes vertical ray directions for captures with different horizontal and vertical focal lengths. Read each diagonal entry from the transposed Record3D matrix. The regression converts one capture and checks the emitted transforms.json.

Tested with pytest -o addopts= tests/process_data/test_record3d_intrinsics.py. The new regression fails on main and passes with the fix. The license, Ruff lint and formatting checks pass.
