2.9.8 is the first release that stops trusting the leaked eMudhra intermediate CA (rustls-webpki 0.103.16 / webpki-roots 1.0.10, denoland/deno#37046). The Docker base image stays digest-pinned to the multi-arch index for denoland/deno:2.9.8. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Deno 2.9.8 のローカル環境で以下がすべて通ることを確認した
deno lint/deno fmt --check/deno check .deno task test（43 passed, 122 steps）deno task buildstudy-site 側でも同じ対応をしている（同じバージョン・digest）。
