Overview
Adds Spanish, French, and Chinese coverage for the third-party npm libraries feature introduced in English (#7921).
For each locale (
es,fr,zh), the PR addscustomize/third-party-libraries.mdx(setup, usage, CSS, providers, registries, limitations) with locale-prefixed internal links, registers the page ines.json/fr.json/zh.jsonunder the Components group afterreact-components, and extendsorganize/settings-reference.mdxwith thepackagesquick-reference row and detailed subsection (css,provider,registries,ssr).Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 8df5bf5.
