Description
Adds an example of
ruby-position: inter-characterwith bopomofo (zhuyin) annotations, plus a "See also" link to the zhuyin positioning section of CLReq.Motivation
The page says
inter-characteris meant for bopomofo, but none of the examples show it. A short example makes the value easier to understand. Since browser support is limited right now, I added a one-line note that points to the compat table.Additional details
