Resolves #1181

Summary

Adds check for analysis tools listening on local ports under anti-analysis to detect when a binary inspects GetTcpTable for common analysis/proxy/debug listening ports (8080, 8888, 9999, 8000, 8443, 5000, 31337).

Uses a 3 or more: threshold so that a standalone check for common ports like 8080 does not trigger a false positive.

Validation

  • Validated against 5e17360d32e9b272bb7e1b97c8e4dca34622ec9ce08fd240fe2758cc3f67dc4a: matches at 0x1400016FB.
  • Ran scripts/lint.py --thorough -t "check for analysis tools listening on local ports": all checks passed.

Resolves mandiant#1181 by checking GetTcpTable for local analysis tools using a threshold of 3 or more ports.
