A pyqt based GUI for aligning electrophysiology recordings using anatomical landmarks. The tool allows electrophysiology features recorded from neural probes to be aligned to anatomical histology landmarks in order to better locate the position of recording electrodes in the brain.
This project is maintained by the software development team at the International Brain Lab.
The documentation is organised in four sections:
- Tutorials: step-by-step lessons on the sample data, starting with your first alignment
- How-to guides: recipes for tasks with your own data, such as converting recordings or writing a session file
- Explanation: how alignment works, coordinate systems and the region prediction models
- Reference: datasets, session file keys, menus, keyboard shortcuts and the Python API
