Keep channel row facepiles clear of the pin control #407
Seen in the two-Mac study, scenario 25 (Canary 0.0.42). Part of #17.
What happened: B's tester tried to inspect the facepile on a channel row and pinned the channel instead. The row's presence avatar sits where the pin control appears on hover, so pointing at the avatar hits pin.
Expected: the avatar and the pin control don't overlap. Either the facepile moves aside on hover, or pin sits clear of it.
Fixed in #408: a row's facepile and its hover actions now sit side by side (facepile, then pin at the right edge), so nothing moves on hover and pointing at or clicking an avatar never reaches pin; #396's first-press fix is unchanged. Verified in headless Chromium and WebKit.
