Move: 'The channel is moving' offers Try again during a normal move #373
Description
Found in study scenario 17c (#218) on 0.0.35. While cloud moved to hosting, A's timeline showed "The channel is moving" with a Try again button and Send disabled. After about 7s it recovered on its own. The tester read Try again as a failure (confusion 1/3). While a move is in progress, show progress instead of a retry control.

Fixed in #375: while a move started from the app is under way, the chat shows "Moving to …" with Send disabled and no Try again, and it re-watches by itself when the move ends; a failed move's error and Try again stay in the move toast.
