Team directory sync errors aren't shown; Settings stays on "Waiting for the first sync…" #356
Description
Two-person study scenario 18 (#218), 0.0.33. On Mac B, every directory sync failed with "Cannot access ACE_SECRET in the keychain…" (directory.failed in the host log). Settings → This Mac still showed "Waiting for the first sync…" for 6+ minutes, and Refresh changed nothing. Meanwhile Mac A's Settings showed "Last synced …" but not which directory it was using; the URL appeared only under Troubleshooting.
Show the last sync error, and the directory URL, in the Team directory row. Confusion 3/3 (B).

Fixed in #359: the Team directory row shows the URL in use, the last successful sync, and the last sync error with when it happened (cleared on the next success). Refresh status now asks the host to sync first. Directory requests time out after 10 s, so an unreachable URL reports an error instead of staying on "Waiting for the first sync…". Recheck with scenario 18 on the next canary.
