This PR adds the apify-reddit-scraper skill. The skill tells Copilot how to turn a Reddit data request into one run of the harshmaur/reddit-scraper Apify Actor with the Apify CLI. It covers:

• which input field matches the request (keywords, subreddits, thread links, user profiles, date windows),
• a cost estimate before each run,
• output fields and how to report results,
• troubleshooting and limits.

Requirements: an Apify account, the Apify CLI and APIFY_TOKEN. Runs are paid per result on the user's Apify account; the skill states this and asks for a yes before large runs.

Disclosure: I maintain the Actor and wrote the skill. The same skill is in apify/awesome-skills.

Thanks @harshmaur for the clear disclosure. I'm going to close this one. The skill is a guide to running your own pay-per-result Actor (harshmaur/reddit-scraper), and its core use cases (brand monitoring, lead generation) aren't GitHub Copilot development workflows. Apify is already available here through the official apify external plugin.
