PyO3 0.30.1 is a re-release of PyO3 0.30.0 after investments in CI security unfortunately led to a failed crates.io publish. Rather than delete the failed tag, this new tag comes after the CI issues have (hopefully) been corrected.

Blocked upstream: pythonize (latest 0.29.0) still requires pyo3 ^0.29, and pyo3's links = "pyo3-python" means only one pyo3 can be in the graph, so cargo metadata fails (see the plan job). Holding until pythonize ships a pyo3 0.30 release.

Also worth noting when this unblocks: pyo3 is a dependency of eryx-wasm-runtime (the guest), so this bump needs prebuilt/*.so.zst rebuilt and verified, not just a lockfile change.

Blocked upstream: pythonize 0.29.0 (latest) requires pyo3 ^0.29, so cargo can't resolve pyo3 0.30 (two packages linking pyo3-python). That's why renovate/artifacts failed and Cargo.lock wasn't updated. Leaving this open — once pythonize 0.30 ships, the pyo3 group should pick it up and resolve.

Upstream fix submitted: davidhewitt/pythonize#121 (pyo3 0.30 bump). Verified locally that eryx-python builds and passes clippy against pyo3 0.30.1 with that branch patched in — no eryx code changes needed. Once a pythonize 0.30 release is out, Renovate should regroup this PR and it'll resolve.

Blocked upstream: pythonize 0.29.0 (latest) requires pyo3 ^0.29, and pyo3's links = "pyo3-python" forbids two copies, so the lockfile can't resolve (hence renovate/artifacts and every downstream job failing). Waiting on davidhewitt/pythonize#121 + a pythonize 0.30 release; Renovate should succeed on its next rebase after that.
