Inbound requests that state their body length in more than one way are now
rejected instead of being resolved to one interpretation. A request is refused
(the connection is closed) when it carries:

  • more than one Content-Length header,
  • more than one Transfer-Encoding header, or
  • both Content-Length and Transfer-Encoding.

Refuse a request carrying duplicate Content-Length, duplicate Transfer-Encoding, or both Content-Length and Transfer-Encoding, so the inbound body boundary stays well defined.
