The navigation keeps GitHub stars, all five primary menus, and a separate Doris Summit 26 link visible. Menus and actions share one row whenever they fit; on narrower screens the complete action group moves below the logo and menus. An icon-only multilingual control opens the shared language and appearance menu, and the repeated language row on landing pages is removed. Footer headings and links stay on one line, with columns wrapping as needed. The homepage headline remains Lightning Fast Analytics and Search Database in every locale, and its introduction now presents Doris as the open-source data foundation for the AI era.

Chinese content now covers all 21 main pages, including the complete 16 published weekly reports, their 607 distinct GitHub reference titles, and 136 customer descriptions. Source GitHub titles remain available as tooltips. Chinese course instructions keep executable examples, dataset inputs/outputs, and English documentation/PR templates intact. Profile controls and diagnostics are localized, and new Chinese analyses default to Chinese while restored jobs retain their selected language.

Validation:

  • Five-language landing build; 21 native Chinese page records with no fallback or publication drift.
  • 282 i18n tests passed, one existing skip; 80 Profile tests passed.
  • 504 page/theme/viewport layouts, 75 navigation/footer layouts across five languages and 15 viewport widths, and 48 historical-report selections checked.
  • All 136 customer cards and seven category filters checked; event-language switching and course code/template controls checked.
  • 246 protected code/command/link expressions compared with the source baseline; English contribution templates checked separately.
  • Full typecheck: 176 existing diagnostics versus 177 on master; no new diagnostics.
  • Coverage auditing recognizes default text inside Docusaurus translation calls. Regression tests keep report UI in native inventory while preserving message IDs and unrelated executable strings.

Linked manuals keep their existing translation readiness and explicit English fallback. This changes website UI and landing content; versioned documentation bodies and navigation paths are preserved. New Chinese publication records retain machine review status.

Two inaccurate company blurbs were corrected against Tencent's company introduction and Soul's company introduction. An unnecessary bank ownership descriptor was removed, and the user-page SEO count was aligned with its visible headline.

Changes to `translations/shared/registry.json` were classified as
unknown inputs, forcing a full five-language publication build even when
a PR only changed landing pages or shared UI. Classify that exact path
as a shared UI mechanism and include it in JSON validation and native
content fixture selection.

These changes now select representative real documents across all
configured languages and active versions. Ordinary pages remain
compiled, and the existing complete metadata/route checks remain
enabled. Unknown inputs, dependency/version changes and explicit
`ci/full` requests continue to require full validation.

Validation:
- Two regressions failed before the fix and passed afterward; full i18n
suite: 277 passed, one existing build-fixture skip.
- Replayed the exact 76-file diff from #4511: `full` becomes `sample`,
retaining all five languages and four active versions with publication
disabled.
- Five-language sampling fixture and Chromium verification; omitted
broken modules stay outside compilation, while edited broken
document/blog imports fail compilation.
- `git diff --check` passed.

## Versions

CI policy and its validation guide only; no versioned documentation or
translated content changes.
