Adds --complexity plus --markup-url/--markup-file, preserving both URL and uploaded reference edits. Enforces GIF ranges and incompatible combinations before a paid request.
Depends on https://github.com/AceDataCloud/PlatformService/pull/2688, https://github.com/AceDataCloud/PlatformBackend/pull/2275. Merge after the runtime and contract dependencies are ready.
Validation: 249 tests passed, one live integration deselected; Ruff and mypy (19 files) passed. Tests verify JSON and multipart wire fields.
Prices remain unchanged (2.6 ordinary/reverse: 0.22 Credits per successful image; official: existing token rates). SVG remains disabled, and no model substitution is added.
Release: worker → Backend scoped sync → Studio/client publication. Rollback: revert with the dependent UI/contract changes. Adversarial review was not requested.
