Incremental adaptation to Backend changes.
Updated openai/README.md:169 to reconcile GPT Image 2.6 quality options, exact IDs, public aliases, billing and generation/URL/file-edit examples. Extended openai/tests/test_commands.py:1638 to reject unsupported 2.5/2.6 shorthand IDs without HTTP calls; existing implementation and hand-written clients remain unchanged, and scheduled-task changes have no existing CLI surface.
Validation: Passed 236 offline OpenAI tests on Python 3.10 with 86% coverage; excluded one credentialed integration test. Ruff lint/format, README inventory, 15 repository unit tests and git diff --check passed. Verified pinned Backend schemas, service mappings and visibility metadata. Temporary test dependencies removed; only the two intended files remain changed. No live/billable API calls, commits or source-checkout changes. Build and remaining Python-version checks are left to CI, the final merge gate.
The daily controller merges this validated head after CI passes and GitHub review policies permit it.
