[Plugin] On This Day — revisit what you wrote on this date in previous years

I built a small frontend plugin for Memos that adds an "On This Day" panel: it shows what you wrote on today's date in previous years, grouped by year.

What it does

• A draggable floating button in the bottom-right corner
• Opens a dialog listing past years' memos for the same month/day, newest year first
• Date picker (defaults to today) and a range switch: same day / ±1 / ±3 / ±7 days
• Off-day matches are labelled +1 day / -2 days
• Memo content rendered as Markdown: headings, lists, tasks, quotes, code blocks, links, images, highlighted tags
• Follows your light/dark theme; goes full-screen on mobile

Install

Memos → Settings → System → Additional script → paste the whole file → save → reload.

Grab it from the release rather than from main, so a future change won't surprise you:

It's an instance-level setting, so it applies to every device and browser. To uninstall, clear the field and save.

About the security question

Pasting someone else's custom script means running their code with your session, so I tried to make this auditable instead of asking for trust:

• only two same-origin requests: /api/v1/memos and /api/v1/auth/refresh
• reuses your existing browser session — no personal access token to create
• no cookie access, no eval, no external hostnames anywhere in the code
• memos are cached in memory for 5 minutes only; the only localStorage writes are button position and range preference

Those aren't just claims — they're asserted in the test suite, so you can verify them yourself with node --test. The whole thing is one uncompressed, dependency-free file you can read top to bottom.

Compatibility

Tested on Memos 0.29.x. Newer and older versions are untested. If the button doesn't show up after an upgrade, please open an issue with the browser console error.
