docs(adr): update stale ms.date in 0009-anchor-vex-trust-to-reusable-workflow.md (#3220)
## Description Updates the `ms.date` frontmatter in `docs/planning/adrs/0009-anchor-vex-trust-to-reusable-workflow.md` from `2026-07-03` to `2026-10-12`. This PR is limited to refreshing stale date metadata. No architectural decisions, VEX attestation guidance, or trust anchor references are changed. The ADR status remains `accepted`. This update does not claim that the document's technical content has been revalidated. ## Related Issue(s) Fixes #3128 ## Type of Change **Code & Documentation:** * [ ] Bug fix (non-breaking change fixing an issue) * [ ] New feature (non-breaking change adding functionality) * [ ] Breaking change (fix or feature causing existing functionality to change) * [x] Documentation update **Infrastructure & Configuration:** * [ ] GitHub Actions workflow * [ ] Linting configuration (markdown, PowerShell, etc.) * [ ] Security configuration * [ ] DevContainer configuration * [ ] Dependency update **AI Artifacts:** * [ ] Reviewed contribution with `hve-builder` and addressed all actionable findings * [ ] Copilot instructions (`.github/instructions/*.instructions.md`) * [ ] Copilot prompt (`.github/prompts/*.prompt.md`) * [ ] Copilot agent (`.github/agents/*.agent.md`) * [ ] Copilot skill (`.github/skills/*/SKILL.md`) * [ ] Copilot hook (`.github/hooks/*/*.json`) * [ ] Eval spec added/updated for changed AI artifacts (`evals/`) **Other:** * [ ] Script/automation (`.ps1`, `.sh`, `.py`) * [ ] Other (please describe): ## Testing Reviewed the diff and confirmed that only the `ms.date` value changes. Local validation results have not been confirmed; the corresponding checks remain unchecked. ## Checklist ### Required Checks * [x] Documentation is updated (if applicable) * [x] Files follow existing naming conventions * [x] Changes are backwards compatible (if applicable) * [ ] Tests added for new functionality (if applicable) No new functionality is introduced; additional tests are not applicable. ### AI Artifact Contributions * [ ] Used `hve-builder` review mode to review contribution * [ ] Addressed all actionable findings from the `hve-builder` review * [ ] Verified contribution follows common standards and type-specific requirements Not applicable: this change updates ADR metadata, not AI artifacts. ### Required Local Checks The following local-safe validation commands must pass before merging: * [ ] Local validation aggregate: `npm run validate:local` * [ ] Documentation validation (if docs changed): `npm run validate:docs` * [ ] Spell checking: `npm run spell-check` * [ ] Link validation: `npm run lint:md-links` ## Security Considerations * [x] This PR does not contain any sensitive or NDA information * [ ] Any new dependencies have been reviewed for security issues * [ ] Security-related scripts follow the principle of least privilege No dependencies or security-related scripts are added or changed. VEX attestation workflows and trust configuration are unchanged. ## Additional Notes Any technical content corrections identified during review should be tracked separately from this metadata-only change. The Sample Prompts section is omitted because no AI artifacts are changed. Co-authored-by: Jamie Kim <jamiekim500@gmail.com>
