custom lineWidth for code vs. comments

Would like to be able to set a custom lineWidth for code and for comment lines.

The commonly-used line width of 80 is, I'm assuming, for the fact that at that width, you can see the full width when splitting a screen. For comments though, I'd like to extend it slightly to say 90 or 100 since comments are purely documentation, and so I don't mind horizontally scrolling if I really need to read a comment, which is just rarer than looking at code.
