New logo concepts ️🖌️

[flexiondotorg]

We've bootstrapped Nerdy Day Trips with a logo only developers could create.

We had the idea for a curious cat concept, based on the MIT licensed "brand curious cat" icon.

The brief discussion starts here in Discord

Here's a rough draft concept. No explanation, if you don't "get it" then the concept doesn't work.

The concept was a curious cat because of "and other spots that’ll scratch your curiosity itch." I don't have the skills to pull this off.

might work if there were whiskers in a medium grey on it? that could make it clear

yeah. I agree, let's keep the brain for now, and open a discussion on github? Put the rationale, and maybe a mock-up. If it's in a more public place than here, maybe someone will pick it up, or riff on it.

like that, sortafing, although not exactly that because the whiskers are from a shutterstock image I stole 🙂

So, that's the concept. If you've got the design skills to follow through on the idea, or have a better idea, please share here 🙇

Any logos designed for inclusion in the Nerdy Day Trips project must be appropriately licensed and suitable for use as a project logo and as social media account avatars in various resolutions.
